I recommended choosing a different provider. You cannot get these people on the phone. They have several numbers but every number leads to a voicemail where you don’t get a call back. It took weeks to even get an appointment, not because they were too booked but because they don’t answer the phone or return calls. My husband had one appointment where he didn’t have a co-pay and they stated he wouldn’t have one going forward either. They started him on medication and asked for us to come back in 3 weeks.
