do not waste your time here.
Horrible customer service. Actually it's more nonexistent than anything. I received a message in Nov. that my doctor just up and quit. I tried calling back, of course they didn't answer like any other time I have tried to call, and I left a message to try and get a new provider. It's the middle of January and you people NEVER reached out. You don't even have the decency to try and help find another provider? Thankfully I was able to get real care from another practitioner.
