This place is an absolute joke. I was referred here last year by my PCP for medication management, and at first was hopeful because the provider I was paired with seemed great. However, after only two sessions with her I was informed via email that she had quit, and then was paired up with another psychiatrist. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I came to this practice seeking mental health treatment and always did my best to communicate respectfully with staff. Same review as everyone else - no one is picking up the phones because the practice switched providers without proper notice. Medication lapsed multiple times now, no one is picking up the phone - even the "new" practice. I'm considering filing a patient abandonment request with the state. Is this some joke to you guys??? Phones don't even ring - they go straight to voicemail!!
Both providers I have seen are no longer with the practice. I have tried calling for days with no luck. No one will answer the phone.
