Both providers I have seen are no longer with the practice. I have tried calling for days with no luck. No one will answer the phone.
I've been thru 2 drs here, over the past year. Not once was my medications called in the way they should have been. This particular time I have been waiting 2 weeks and have left 4 messages. They have not responded at all. I highly advise anyone looking for a Dr to please just keep looking. The added stress really piles up dealing with these people.
Awful customer service, no one picks up the phone. Didn’t even try to work with me just cancelled appointment. Definitely taking my business elsewhere.
i was going to this place for about a good two years and literally got nowhere with my anxiety problems. i hate even having to leave a star because this place made my mental health even worse, i kept saying how the medications they kept giving me weren’t helping, the coping mechanisms like breathing weren’t cutting it and they suggested to get therapy. we tried and were put on a waiting list and never got any calls back, i never even knew the therapists name. we recently left the place because the final straw is when my mom ... read more
