I HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING this office. It is possible they don't have adequate staffing or a useful phone directory, but I have been trying to get a prescription refilled since Monday, and as of yesterday (Wednesday) am now completely out of my prescription. After leaving 6 messages, it appears I am now forced to stop my prescription, whether I like it or not! Hopefully, it isn't a dangerous one to stop! I've been a patient at this office for over a year but recently haven't been able to schedule a medication follow up with my provider because no one will call me back to update my insurance or to let me schedule. I called one day and was transferred to another line, and another day someone picked up the phone and then hung it back up. I've left at least three messages in the past couple weeks, and I've run out of two medications that my primary care provider had to step in and fill so that I didn't go into withdrawal from an... read more
I'm not sure this practice is still in business. No one has answered the phone for over a week and no call back in response to voicemail.
Disgusting people. Will charge your a fee for everything little thing they can think of. They don't care about your health just your money. GO ELSEWHERE!
