They do not prioritize patients , let alone patients mental health. I had my first “virtual” therapy appointment scheduled for today, and waited over 40 minutes after “checking in”, with NO contact from the provider, nor the office. I have called numerous times, as well as left a VM with still no return contact. This is very sad and discouraging. Do better..
Very professional staff. Helped our son in a very professional manner. Great facility.
All locations of this facility appear to prioritize payments over patient care, with an unyielding focus on financial gain. When errors occur on their end, the process of resolving them can be quite challenging. While it is important to recognize that the support staff are friendly and do their best under the circumstances, it is evident that the issues stem from the leadership.
