They used to be great and had understanding staff. Recently things have gone drastically downhill and have become bad for your Emotional Health! Seriously, my head space has gone downhill because of the following: They are constantly losing providers, so you are constantly changing locations and appointment times. I’d give zero stars if it was an option. They’re terrible. They barely ever answer the phone and it’s very hard to get someone to help you. They had me seeing providers for med management and every time I had an appointment I’d be waiting for the link to the virtual meeting. I’d wait and wait and nothing would come in my email. I’d call them and once they finally answered the phone they’d tell me my provider had ‘left the practice’ and they’d set me up with someone else. This place should be called The Center for Emotional Distress instead. My experience with them was a complete disaster. They don’t even deserve 1 star. With the exception of the receptionist staff, I was treated poorly by all the staff at this facility. No regard for my well-being. The “nurse” was rude, dismissive, and snotty when taking my vitals.
