I was hesitant due to the reviews, but my experience has been different. I was able to get an appointment right away with Krystal, and because of new laws for certain meds, I also needed to see someone in person. I saw Kerry and they both were amazing and so helpful. The ladies up front were kind and friendly. I am excited to start my journey here.
I'm so frustrated with this office. This office is very unprofessional. My son's provider is no longer at the practice but I was not notified. I called to change his appointment and found out. Smh what a way to find out. I mean no email, text, or letter came. The girls that answer the phone are very unprofessional laughing and talking when answering and they never have a clue what's going on.
