I have been trying to make a follow up appointment for my teen daughter for a WEEK. She is now out of one of her medications that is very vital to her mental health. I have called and called and left numerous messages. No response. I am NOT HAPPY! She has to have her meds!!! This is VERY unprofessional and not okay especially when it comes to people's mental health!

I wish I could leave a separate review for our provider, he was great. However as a whole, CEH is not. I was wrongfully charged for multiple appointments, despite having insurance that covered completely. I was rudely given no choice, unless I wanted my child to abruptly go without their medications. Eventually I was told I would receive a refund for those charges. Nothing deposited into my account for a couple months. They said I would be sent a paper check, several months passed. I email.
