Solved my problems and issues with just one visit
Will NOT do a follow-up appointment, the PA I seen (virtually, which was actually just a phone call) didn't address my issues and when I told her I didn't want to take a certain medication, she said my reason wasn't "justified" and to just take it. She didn't seem concerned at all with MY concern about MY health. I'll just continue to see my primary doctor for everything unless I find a more understanding Psychiatrist, not just a P.A.
Communication is horrible with this place. You call the main number and leave a message and after 20 calls over 2 days I never got a live person. I left 4 messages and a week later someone called me back for an appointment. Should have been my red flag but I had a friend tell me that they used the service and had never had an issue, over a year ago but I trusted her so I decided to just wait for the return call and be patient.
