My daughter’s appointment for psychiatric med management was abruptly cancelled at the time of the appointment. The provider did not reach out to reschedule. I’ve tried calling and calling to reschedule and no response. My daughter could have run out of medication. I had to call her primary care provider and luckily they helped me get a new psychiatrist for med management. Absolutely awful experience. Potentially dangerous practice.
I could not be more disappointed and frustrated with this provider of mental health "services". I was with CEH and the same provider for 2+ years and when she left they did not bother to tell me. Ignoring all the times I would not get a call to schedule for the next month, this behavior is unacceptable for an organization that is supposed to care about client mental health. I am constantly getting bills from Mako Medical for this organization's mandatory urinalysis so I can continue to have access to medication that my ADHD ... read more
Made my appointment a month in advance just for them to be a NO SHOW!! I got so many emails and text telling me to confirm my appointment just for no one to get online at my appointment time. Waited over 20 minutes but they have a policy where they charge you if you are a no show. Will not be using their service and do NOT recommend them!!
As someone who has been going to center for emotional health for at least 6 years I will say the service I had received had been great up until a month ago. I deal with many emotional health issues and I haven’t been able to get the medication for it. I went through the withdrawals from said medication and I’m unsure what to do. I had an appointment and my psychiatrist said the front office would call me to reschedule my appointment. I never received a call. After a week I called up there and no answer.
