Made my appointment a month in advance just for them to be a NO SHOW!! I got so many emails and text telling me to confirm my appointment just for no one to get online at my appointment time. Waited over 20 minutes but they have a policy where they charge you if you are a no show. Will not be using their service and do NOT recommend them!!
As someone who has been going to center for emotional health for at least 6 years I will say the service I had received had been great up until a month ago. I deal with many emotional health issues and I haven’t been able to get the medication for it. I went through the withdrawals from said medication and I’m unsure what to do. My son has been a patient for 3 years now. Everything up until this point has been fine. His last virtual appointment with Prenna was on 10/28. She was supposed to see him but I accidentally sent him on the bus. She ended the appointment and said we would have to reschedule which I totally understand. Initially, the service here over the past two years was great but the treatment has rapidly declined. I was prescribed a high dosage on an SSRI that I had been taking for around four months. It was going great up until the past week and a half.
