To anyone considering coming here for treatment - do it. The other reviews posted during COVID are not representative of how the facility is now (not to mention they have never put anyone into "quarantine," it's not even that kind of facility). It's not perfect, nothing is, but this program, the staff, and the others in program with me changed my life. But, it took time. Plus, there are tons of post program support. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to finish this program but was incredibly grateful for the time I spent here. I unfortunately needed a higher level of care than PHP but the month I was at this location was spent in kind and caring arms. My team truly wanted the best for me every single minute of being there (whether my ed liked it or not) and these clinicians immediately met me where I was at. Pretty disappointed with my experience with this facility. I tried getting in for treatment in March/April of 2021. Was told that it would be a 4-6 week wait for intake. I told them that was fine and I could wait that long. Every week I would get an update on where I was within the waitlist. And every week it would be the same. A 4-6 week wait which was chronically subject to change. But realistically would never change. Absolutely awful, completely unprepared and unequiped to deal with mental health. I went through 4 different therapists in the span of 6 weeks because they kept firing them and quitting. Is more limiting than benifitial.
