This place was horrible, yes they were helpful with nutrition but that's ALL they saw you as. They didn't help you with the root of the problem at all. Ian was horrible and was accusatory, he didn't help me at all. And when i requested to change my therapist they denied me without even asking me why i wanted to change in the first place. They weren't understanding of mental health at all and only saw you as an eating disorder and not a person. Akshayah was unprofessional and was super rude. I was here a long time ago, 2007 or thereabouts. The names I still remember are Dr Altman, Brandy, and Michelle. I'm 33 years old now and I am thankful my parents brought me here. The memories of this place prompted me to look it up.

TELL IAN & NATALIE (the therapists) R DOING GOOD !!! 🫶🫶 + As much as i HATED going to residential for my second time ,, CFD genuinely saved me & if i didnt go id probably be suffering in my ED still. I hope the staff r living the best calls & i genuinely am lucky i was able 2 go & heal ❤️ — i met the best people there & the treatment was amazing !! The only thing that was hard was it repeating after a while . . This was a great residential & im so lucky i was able 2 go !! P.s i hope 2 call the milleu staff again 🫶

Center for discovery really helped me with my ED. The other patients were some of the most amazing group of people I have ever met. This place helped me realize my worth and that I am more than my ED. Rooth is a queen, so is Daisy and Jo. The staff here are so supportive and kind. This was a great expirience.
