I feel that corporate discouraged me from writing a comprehensive review of my tenure so all that I can do is give them one star for what I feel were poor employee-corporate relations. I never was granted an exit interview to share my concerns with upper HR management.
I was very disappointed in CFD. The were vastly understaffed. The Registered Dietician just quit, so there was no RD on site. A RD covered virtually, but she didn't have much time for the kids and I never met her in the 7 weeks my child was in the program. There was no dietary aide to help cook, though apparently they hired one recently. Because of staffing issues, they would run out of common foods, so the kids would have to find last minute substitutions on their meal plans - a huge stressor for these kids. they send you to the hospital for engaging in behaviors when your literally there for an ed. clementine is way better, they actually focus on the mental part of it as well as the physical, and they are way more structured. the techs we had were good though, thank you Katelin, Sarah, and Ester! also the way cfd does process is so dumb bye its just to get kids to argue with each other
Thank you CFD for helping my child with her eating disorder. Thank you Ester, Sarah, Alexis, and the entire staff. It has not been an easy process, but thank you for your patience and kindness that got her to where she's at today. It is definitely bittersweet now that she's discharged. CFD saved my life I have battled an Ed for 2 years now and since coming here and just leaving my life has been turned upside down for the better. I have learned so much here than I have in any other treatment. CFD helped me fix my body image issues and helped my exercise addiction and I was able to find other activities to enjoy besides those.
