When I first started at CFD, it helped me a lot. The staff was great and supportive, however a month into my treatment 3 of the the therapist left and then we only had 1 therapist for 20+ patients. Therapists continued to quit and my overall experience there was really disappointing and honestly harmful to my recovery. I do not recommend anyone seeks treatment here as it is not a stable environment to recover in
I do not recommend this location. Patients do not come first. Staff turnover rate is high because this CFD is a business first and foremost and clinicians are overworked, burnt out and unable to provide quality care. Check the indeed reviews employees have left for CFD. I would go to any CFD location again as a last resort.
Very inept program. Now realizing such after having organized and legitimately specialized treatment.
I cannot thank CFD more, they get a million stars for helping put together the BEST support team for my D and Family. I’m forever grateful to this Austin location and the amazing staff. We used for PHP and IOP and they are absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend. There are only two choices in ATX and I’m so happy we chose here.
