The staff at the Dentistry Clinic at the CDD are exceptional. They're friendly, professional, flexible, and patient with their clients. My 13-year-old, who is autistic, loves her dental visits!
I just had to reschedule my sons appointment because he is very sick (mind you we already waited almost a year for this appointment) now we will have to wait until April of 2026 for him to be seen!!! This is outrageous!!! I won’t even remember what the appointment is for 2 years later!!! I would have gave 0 stars if I could! This scheduling is an absolute joke!! How are we to build rapport and feel comfortable with our doctors if we only see you once every 3 years!? So much for continuous performance improvement!!!!
We waited months to get in. When they called me they assured me we would leave with either a diagnosis or a clear plan and resources to what is going on with our soon to be son. We got about a 10 minute assessment and told there was no autism (in spite of all his therapists concerns). Left feeling deflated and unimportant. Doc was nice but spent little time with him.
Poor. If I could give no stars, I would. When my son was originally diagnosed, it was great. After that we've been treated like dirt. When we went back they told us there was nothing they could do for us anymore, and to essentially kick rocks. We went back years later trying to get an additional diagnosis due to new issues to be told by one specialist my child needs behavior training, and then by this final doctor that he has nothing wrong and refused to listen to any concerns.
