Due to the poor service my father received from the digestive health specialists, he passed away waiting for treatment of his Crohn’s disease. I do understand that there are authorizations to be approved from the insurance company for infusion therapy. My father in the midst of a severe flare up and he was given nothing to sustain him while waiting for an approval from the insurance company. He was left there alone to battle his illness which led to a pulmonary embolism causing his death.
