My doctor is awesome. I refuse to put his name on a bad review. Over the years, the staff just keeps getting worse and worse. I was supposed to schedule an EGD for my continuous nausea and vomiting, but it turns out I had an outstanding bill that already went to collections. Admittedly, I do not open my mail, but anytime I visit, I ask if I have an open balance, because I'd pay. I asked back in November, when I had a colonoscopy, if I had a balance at the time. Great first experience. My appointment was on time and the doctor answered all my questions. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
After a few virtual appointments, my mom had her first in person appointment with Dr. Nandi. He was very respectful and patiently listened to our concerns. We felt very comfortable and left knowing exactly the next steps to take. We had a good experience.
