My visit with Dr Donot was a follow up visit after a procedure and fortunately there was not a lot to talk about but the Doctor asked all the questions and made sure anything I needed was answered. Great visit.
My doctor is awesome. I refuse to put his name on a bad review. Over the years, the staff just keeps getting worse and worse. I was supposed to schedule an EGD for my continuous nausea and vomiting, but it turns out I had an outstanding bill that already went to collections. Admittedly, I do not open my mail, but anytime I visit, I ask if I have an open balance, because I'd pay. I asked back in November, when I had a colonoscopy, if I had a balance at the time.
