Wonderful CDM doctors. I get my labs drawn here every other week and, no matter which tech I get, I never get hurt.
Valasquez is one of the most rude individuals I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I hope to never see that arrogant thing again.
My PCP is located in Internal Medicine at the CDM. Parking is never a problem. There is an elevator in addition to the stairs if you have to go to the second floor. The Pharmacy and Lab are on the first floor.
Wasted my little sister’s time and money by switching her provider last minute to one who was unqualified and therefor unable to provide the screening and services she made the appointment for. She took off work and lost money all to pay a copay for an appointment that got her nowhere, except for more appointments and more co-pays.
The two stars are not for the clinic but for the receptionist Monifa. When I called today I just wanted a status on if my doctor had sent over my prescription(I have been waiting a week for him to send it over to accredo.) I called Accredo last Wednesday and they received nothing. so I called S&w temple the same day and a receptionist left a message. I got no response.
