I like this clinic, it's smaller, less crowded and easier to get in and out of.
Baylor Scott & White has set priorities of growing & money over patient care. I had abnormal lab test results yet no one bothered to contact me to explain anything. The manager blew me off refusing to answer questions as to why none of the staff contacted me or responded to the BSW app or phone calls.
