Schedulars could have more empathy and tact. Had imaging ordered by early detection center as I have multiple masses in the upper left part of my body. CT's were ordered STAT some how the ultrasound wasn't. She stated soonest appointment was September 30th.....I asked if it's changed to STAT as well if it would be sooner. She said that even if changed to STAT it doesn't mean it would be triaged as that. As if a month wait wouldn't make a difference with a possible cancer diagnosis.
