Scheduled an appointment at this CDI location and after being there a while I was told they did not have the person who would do my scan and they did not know where the person was. Waited for a long time and eventually they told me they found the person and would come in 1 your. They explained that the person was not aware she had appointment scheduled. Waited over 2 hours with a very bad experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone as they are not organized and apparently don't care about their clients.
I had a great experience at CDI. Everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable which I wasn't when I went in. The tech Ashley was awesome and Dr Eklund was careful to explain everything and he was so thorough and fast. Most importantly they got rid of my pain!!!
