Husband referred here for injection which required premed and driver They had him take premed prior to consenting then made the driver wait outside vs allowing them to remain inside masked in waiting room

Technician insisted on doing wrong test and then failed 5 times with the injection of the dye that was not ordered by my Doctor. Numerous IV's in the last 2 years and no one else has had a problem.

The receptionist greeted me when I entered. I only had to wait a short time for an excellent technician who was very thorough in her job and seem to know exactly what she needed and how to do it. The technician was not only skill but also friendly and courteous throughout the entire transaction and explain everything that needed to be done and what she expected to find. The girls were nice but they took me back 50 minutes later than my appointment. When I asked how much longer my wait was that's the first time I learned they were running behind. I called numerous times on my way in and could never get an answer on the phone. Should not have taken an hour and a half.
