Very caring staff and on time apointment s
Excellent customer service, caring, thorough and since it was my first MRI, was a bit anxious but that eased quickly with the superior treatment I received. My only disconnect is maybe not understanding why more info was not given to me about the results and why that has to be sent to another doctor to discuss with me.
Our experience at CDI has always been wonderful. Out latest experience was extremely gratifying as the Neuro Radiologidt found the cause of a problem that had not been diagnosed in a previous MRI that was done elsewhere. Such a relief to have found the cause of a persistent problem!

This is the best place for diagnostic imaging I have ever been to, and believe me when I say I have had many mri's. Never have met such a friendly staff who really cared about my well-being (especially when I was hurting so bad). They put me at ease and that is what sets them apart from other centers. I will always be grateful to how everything was handled and how quick I got in for my appt.(same day).
