So had an appointment at 8:55pm, showed up 20 mins early filled out paperwork. The lady at the front said you know your early I said yes I knew I had to fill out paperwork. Finished filling it out before my appointment at 8:55 sat for another 25 mins before they took me back, where I sat again for another 10 mins. An appointment that should have took no more than 35 mins per the tech, took much longer and I spent it all waiting. I left the office at 10:20.
