Federal Way, WA: Excellent staff, location, hours and procedures!! After ONE SI joint injection and ONE Trigger Point Injection, I was already starting to feel better compared to getting these treatments done at Seattle Pain Center in Renton for 1 YEAR!! It's no wonder why Seattle Pain Center offices are all closed now. CDI is the way to go for all MRI's, CT Scans, X-Ray's, Cortisone, Trigger Point and Joint Injections!! There are offices in Puyallup, Federal Way, Renton, North Seattle and Bellevue.

Today was my second time here and I can say I am pleased with the way they make me feel safe and secure my first time I was scared shaking and crying and they treated me so kindly. made my first time go so smoothe . ☺️
Visited CDI a few times over the years. MRI, injection for back pain, et al. Very professional and efficient. All staff and doctors provide their best efforts.
