I arrived ten minutes early as a new patient so I could complete my paperwork, and I ended up waiting a total of one hour and forty-five minutes without ever seeing the doctor. After an hour in the waiting room, I was moved to an exam room, where I waited another forty-five minutes before deciding to leave. Had to remind the doctor about my previous appointment that she didn’t have any recollection of, and had to correct her TWICE about my medication SHE prescribed. When she told me she messed up the prescription she told me I should be grateful SHE caught her own mistake. Thank you next. (I really like her office staff though. They were great)

I can see why this place has 2 stars. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and am not getting seen until 12:30. I've been waiting an hour and a half for something I had an appointment for. What's the point of a schedule if you cant keep it? Terrible time management. I could also hear the doctor yelling at a patient about how he's handling his care. Heard of HIPAA? Update went in for my second appointment and waited 30 minutes and got shoved into a patient room. No vitals taken. I walked out and told them I'm not waiting another ... read more
