Really disappointed with my experience here. While I was in the exam room, the doctor answered a phone call from another patient and started talking about their medical issues right in front of me. It made me wonder if my private information is treated the same way when I'm not there. It also raised serious concerns for me about patient privacy and whether HIPAA is being taken seriously in this office. The staff is nice and friendly I have to give them on such a low rating is there timeliness with an appointment it is still a 2 hr wait. This has been for all 3 of my appointments 😖
