Wish there was an option for negative stars! Most incompetent office staff ever. They continue to bill me even though I have already paid. I have been dealing with the awful staff since November 2017 trying to get this issue resolved. I have been there twice & showed proof that I had already paid my bill & showed proof of the office depositing my check but still the office staff send me bills & calls & harasses me to pay. BEWARE- One day I showed up for an appointment and was told I had a no show fee for an appointment I cancelled. The fee was $35- I had cancelled the appointment and was trying to convey that message to the staff. I walked out of the office after an attitude from the staff. This was months ago. I continue to get a bill with $10 added on every month. I have called this office every month to dispute the charges and no one seems to care. Rick Brown is fantastic and I've always been happy with the care I've received (and have recommended this office many times to friends) but I'm having a billing issue and the company you have managing that is HORRIBLE. They have no info at all and can't answer any of my questions. I was just told they would have to look into my issues and get back to me "tomorrow, maybe". Dr. Rick Brown is fantastic. Super-knowledgeable, very caring, friendly, efficient, personable. Couldn't ask for a better dermatologist. He's helped with a number of issues, explains new medications and takes the time needed to ensure you're comfortable. Can't say enough great things about him.
Dr. Cates is excellent, there is no doubt about it. But the staff not so much. I had to stop going because if I cancel I'm hit with a no show fee. I'm good about canceling when I know I can't make it. And don't try to call to discuss nope not one call back will be made. It's really a bummer. Sometimes your staff can hurt you.
I've been a patient of Dr. Kates for over 10 years. She keeps my skin looking great.
