Knowledgeable, love his own studies, his p.a.'s are great too. I tried another md when we moved outside of Sac, mistake. I knew never again, only Tabghetti and/or his p.a.'s for me, my family.
Only because of the office staff. Get all quotes in writing! I really did like Dr. Tanghetti though....too bad.
