I came here for a biopsy and was very nervous before the appointment. Dr. Andrea Caro and her assistant were both very friendly and caring. They knew I was scared, so they kept talking to me during the procedure and helped me feel more relaxed. Dr. Andrea Caro was very gentle and did everything carefully. The whole procedure felt much faster than I expected, and I didn’t really feel pain or fear at all. They were both so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate their care.
Felicia in the front desk receptionist seat is very rude. Told me that she didn’t have time to check my insurance for me and that she is too busy. She miscommunicated and didn’t make me an appointment. This energy makes someone not even want to go in!
