My 90 year old mother was treated at this facility on 01.07.19. She was accompanied by her grandson who is of color. This fact seemed to cause a good deal of concern to the staff and Dr. She was asked numerous times Who he is? And why she was with him? They were told that he could not accompany her to the back. She was escorted and left alone in a room for hours. When she asked for a drink of water ,she was handed a half oz. And told "this is ALL of the water we have here ". Jason T (PA) saw me. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining the issue. He didn't rush me at all. Over all good experience, clean place however I did find front desk stuff a little reserved (stopping short of calling them rude). Facility is clean
