My experience was a year or so ago, horrible visit. I paid my copay, and have excellent insurance. The nurse told me in order to have a mole removed, I needed to give them $200 cash that day. I said no, and then multiple staff members came in and harassed me about why I wouldn’t pay them upfront. I left, they refused to give me my copay back, and just today...I get a 10$ check in the mail. Not even half of my copay...and over a year later? Shove it up your rear! Worst staff ever.
Dr. Erik Hurst was excellent, but his staff and assistants are uncaring, unfriendly, and down right nasty
Highly skilled. Relates to patients very well. Staff is very competent. Always on time!!
Every time we have had to deal with them it has been a terrible experience.
