My experience was a year or so ago, horrible visit. I paid my copay, and have excellent insurance. The nurse told me in order to have a mole removed, I needed to give them $200 cash that day. I said no, and then multiple staff members came in and harassed me about why I wouldn’t pay them upfront. I left, they refused to give me my copay back, and just today...I get a 10$ check in the mail. Not even half of my copay...and over a year later? Shove it up your rear! Worst staff ever.
