Maybe we were there on the one bad day of the year, but we sat around for about an hour waiting on the doctor. When we got back there, we saw him for all of 5 minutes (for which we were charged several hundred dollars). The staff was pretty rude to me and my wife, especially if we had the nerve to bother them with any questions. They also refused to tell us the cost of the visit upfront (which is against the law). I would not recommend this business unless you have literally zero other options.
My husband's experience has been nothing but the best due to the staff and great job by the Dr. Hurst.There is nothing negative to say I am happy to report.I have already recommended this group .
Everyone I encountered was friendly, from check in all the way to check out. The nurse was helpful and professional. The doctor was warm and friendly with a great bedside manner. He was professional, thorough and efficient. The office was impeccably clean and well maintained. I would absolutely return and would recommend them to others!
Dr. Sunderland is excellent. Good sense of humor. Excellent communication skills. Highly professional.
