Doctor is great. Office billing staff, horrific. Won’t bill through insurance first and refuse to when you ask them even when you know you have hit your deductible. They make you call to get the refund when they realize they overcharged instead of realizing their mistake and doing the right thing. Won’t be back.
Will demand payment before leaving even if incorrect amount. Will overcharge you and just let the credit sit on your account and not notify you. When I called about it, asking the person answering phones to pass along to the people that make the policy that they refuse to bill insurance first that this hurts families when they overcharge, she was dismissive and rude. Very nice and caring and they have gotten me in each time I have had concerns quickly. This past year was my first of experiencing skin problems that needed surgery and it went very well. I feel taken care of at this office. Very relaxed environment.
Went in to.have a spot checked. It was busy but went right for my appointment. Staff was professional and courteous. Doctor was pleasant and reassuring that it was nothing to worry about.
Best dermatologist I have ever gone too. Highly recommended!
