Sandstone helped me find myself again and helped me learn new skills to navigate this crazy world. I felt included in group and listened too. They helped me work through deep down trauma that I didn't even know was built up. After coming here I felt more confident on my future and being able to navigate difficult times. Even though I'm not fully healed, I still feel prepared to navigate and heal on my own.
Sandstone has literally saved my life multiple times. The staff is so welcoming, caring, supportive, & overall the best. The PHP Program and IOP Program has helped me so much mentally & emotionally. I am so happy I found this wonderful place.
Because of this place, I got my life back, I went from being very depressed and felt like I had no purpose, to having hope and a sense of purpose. I learned i no longer needed to lead a life of isolation. I struggle with a chronic health issue and sandstone accommodated me when I went through a needed surgery. Thank you to the wonderful therapists who taught me that I have a purpose no matter what and there are always solutions to life’s problems 💕
Ever since i’ve been at sandstone i’ve always had a smile on my face walking through those doors. Everyone always has a positive mindset, keeps us on our toes.
Best place ever. You can tell they really care. I was dreading the idea of group therapy but ended up loving it. It didn’t feel sterile or clinical like I feared it would - all of the staff here that I met with brought such a warm energy to their work. Adrienne has the most calming, comforting presence. Jenna is incredibly thoughtful and eager to help. Amy and Brandon guided me towards clarity. I always feel a little bit lighter after I leave. I definitely recommend Sandstone <3
