For being part of hackensack hospital the dentist dept sucks....my husband been going there for couple years and since I been having to do the girls jobs...calling insurance company and going back and forth telling the dentist how to do their jobs....they scheduled appointments and when we get there they say there is not appointments good thing we keep the appointments cards....they really need to get their act together.....not sure if these girls not all are interviewed but some are just clueless....they need to be more org... read more
If I could give no stars for this place I would. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible from this place !!! Dr. Rizzo and Dr. Stephanie Tran performed dental procedures on me 3 years ago that led to permanent damage and a horrific diagnosis made by neurologist. They should be banned from practicing dentistry indefinitely!!!! Incompetent and unprofessional staff.
Had a infected / cracked tooth. Was already taking antibiotics for infection. They were able to see me within two days and extracted the tooth (plus another that had cracked) and made a follow up appointment for implants etc. The Dr was thorough and explained everything and before i knew it; it was all over. Thank you guys!
