I was referred by the ER to have an emergency extraction. Once I got to the office, I was told first, there was no oral surgeon on staff that day, and second because I already have a dentist to wait until I saw them again for the extraction. Hopefully, there’s a better referral process from the ER than, “they always refer patients here but that’s not how this works.” It’s nice that everyone else had a great experience here, but I did not. I would give no stars if I could the front desk is horrible. I called to schedule an appointment and they just hung up on me, I tried calling back and they didn’t answer. I don’t care how “good” the actual doctor is if their staff is horrible because they represent the doctor.
