Almost impossible to get to a human to schedule an appointment. Left a message and call was not returned. After multiple calls a human answered- I was out on hold for 27 minutes and then disconnected. 2 more phone calls for another human to answer. Thankfully it was a happy person that scheduled the follow up appointment within minutes. It should not take leaving a message, waiting for a callback, and then multiple calls to schedule a simple appointment. Very frustrating. Time to look for a new dentist.

The worst place, and this Dentist...right here, was the worst!! He had no idea, what he was doing, I saw him, 2-3 different times', he had no clue, at all, of what he was doing!! I almost died, due to an awful infection, and all he wanted, was for me, to keep the tooth, even though, I had a bad infection, and the tooth was an old root canal, and I am a Type 2-Diabetic, and should not keep, infected tooth, in my mouth!!!

I got an implant from here and the crown broke in a couple of months. I came back and you told me I will get the replacement. I got an appointment for the replacement and they told me the implant is not ready yet and they will call me back, i have to call them for the appointment because they did not call me back. I got a second appointment today and again they told me the implant is not ready. This is completely unacceptable and careless attitude. I regret for choosing this place for my treatment
