You lost a potential client today. I called to set up a consultation this morning and was left on hold for 10+ minutes. I called back and asked to set up an appointment. I was rudely informed that Dr. Kane only has appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays and that I needed to pay $75 to book the appointment. Your business depends on word of mouth and great service. It was a miserable first impression and I'll be using another doctor.
