I have lived in New York all my life and I went to this hospital for surgery for the first time. The first time I’ve ever had surgery in my life. I had a great doctor and the staff from the time you walk through the door were excellent. They made you feel comfortable. 4hrs plus on a bed in ER. Drew blood and never returned, asked for urine sample and it sits next to me...Just horrible service here
