Way back in February, the staff and service were fine. Afterwards, I received a statement and promptly paid it in February. Fast forward to December. I receive a new statement for the same February service that I had already paid for, with a 25% increase and no explanation for why. After several go-arounds with the Center and their outsourced billing company in Montana, I finally receive an explanation. They incorrectly billed my insurance the first time so the amount I paid was below their contractual obligation. Okay, sure... read more

My first appointment was fine. The staff was, and continues to be, wonderful. At my follow-up appointment, however, the doctor was so sarcastic and condescending to me that I was nearly in tears. He greeted me not with “hello” but with a stern “have you been to physical therapy?!” I had momentarily forgotten that he referred me for PT and I answered no, but quickly let him know that they were booked out and that my initial PT appointment wasn’t for another month.
