I had Karoline Neumann and Dr. Debesh. Care started out very good. I had a problem that no else found and they ordered testing and found it. Then they ordered treatment. I got through the first round fine, but managing several other conditions and taking college courses made it very difficult to meet the time demands they insisted on for the second one. I had a perianal abscess that was one of the most painful things I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. My surgeon was Dr. Jennifer Nguyen and she was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, informative and a great surgeon. She listens and understands your pain and concerns and does everything she can to help. She also is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. My surgery went flawlessly and I feel a million times better than before. I highly recommend her. She’s the best!!!
Failed me in surgery 3-4 times lost good functioning kidney due to these incompetent drs, they pass you around when they consider their jobs done, they don’t want to help If you need follow ups! Take months to do important paperwork which cost me my short term disability benefits and also my job. These drs made me so I can’t work, can’t eat, can’t live any normal life at all! Beware!
