Rude office staff!! ZERO follow through after procedures. No prescriptions called in after diagnosis being provided. Despite multiple voicemails and eventually walking onto the office, I was never called back and they denied my request to speak to someone so I could get medication to treat my condition. Late for appointments and doesn’t return calls. I had 1st appt by video and link was sent 20 min late then he was 25 min late and call lasted 2 min. Doc said all was good and would have them call to schedule the colonoscopy. When they called, they left a message telling me I had to go see the cardiologist. The doctor never said anything about this over the phone. I have called three times about this matter but nobody will return my call.

Hope you don't move and need your medical record for your new doctor. Been waiting a year after multiple calls and doctor sent request for records in May and nothing yet!
Zero was not an option other wise I would have used it. 1) They never provided me with instructions for colonoscopy. I saw this practice for a stomach issue and they said that I needed to do a Endoscopy, but since I would be under anesthesia they will also do the colonoscopy at the same time since it was almost time for one. 2) I called at least 6 times the doctors office the office where I saw the doctor, left messages and they never called me back, there is no way to communicate with them, they won't call back, and when pr... read more
