Zero was not an option other wise I would have used it. 1) They never provided me with instructions for colonoscopy. I saw this practice for a stomach issue and they said that I needed to do a Endoscopy, but since I would be under anesthesia they will also do the colonoscopy at the same time since it was almost time for one. 2) I called at least 6 times the doctors office the office where I saw the doctor, left messages and they never called me back, there is no way to communicate with them, they won't call back, and when pr... read more

Arrived early was escorted right in staff was very professional and through. I loved my experience with this office. I did my online registration along with my medication everything was in the computer. Thank you to Elizabeth who was very professional Thank you to Latoya Nurse Practitioner who was very professional and Allyson who set up my appointment for my Colonoscopy. You guys are awesome I appreciate you all.
Had an ultrasound per the doctor's instructions and when I left the facility they gave me a follow-up date for today 8/28. I showed up about 15 minutes early for my appointment and then they called me up there and tell me I don't have an appointment today. They asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for two different times in September and they asked me which one I'd like and I told them neither. I don't think I'll ever return I'll have My results sent to my personal doctor. What a farce....
