They are really difficult to get ahold of and are constantly making mistakes regarding my medication. I enjoyed my experience with the doctor but would never recommend the practice.
Incredibly negligent. First off, they never pick up the phone i call multiple times, multiple hours in the day (working hours) and it always goes straight to voicemail. I leave so many voicemails and they never get back to me, I text their text line and they don’t reply. They take forever to get prescriptions and refills approved. They are just so disorganized i’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this establishment. I would never recommend it to anyone.

If you need to call this off no matter the location, you most likely will not talk to a real person. THE NEVER ANSWWR THE PHONE! The W. Post Rd location is apparently closed on Thursday, but no one bothered to correct the sign on the door that says open M-F.
Charged me 477 for a 15 minute talk with the Dr, it's a scam.
