The worst customer service EVER!!!! The lady acting as the receptionist on 4/14 9:15am was EXTREMELY RUDE! She checked in another patient under my name at 8:30 and when I came to check in at 9:15 she realized she'd mrssed up. I asked her what was wrong? She snapped back one moment ma'am. Picked up the phone and started calling someone and explaining what she did, but not telling me, and asking them to help her out and correct the problem. She hung up the phone. Dr John Paul Voekel is amazing I was so pleased with him and his entire staff. I have an extensive medical history and he is going thru every precaution and care to take care of me. I am very thankful for him and his amazing bedside manner. I am very thankful to have him as my gastroenterologist.
I cannot recommend Dr. Yousef enough as my gastroenterologist. I was referred to Dr. Yousef by my PCP when I was having ongoing issues that all other tests had come up negative on. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, and all staff that I encountered was great. I am about 10-15 years younger at least, than the average gastro patient, but that didn't stop Dr. Yousef from taking my issues and concerns very seriously. I PREFER TO CHOOSE NO STARS. When attending the Center for Colon & Digestive Disease (Gallatin imaging location) specifically designed for patients experiencing serious health issues one should expect to be met with a professional and empathetic staff, however at this location you will be made to feel insignificant and talked down to as if you are unintelligent and even clueless about your own health coverage.
