Hannah Parker, who performed my scan was GREAT! I wish I owned a medical practice because I'd 100% hire her. I asked every question bothering me about this health issue and left with God's peace. Hannah had done everything in her power to provide solid, experienced information. Hannah went above and beyond and I am truly thankful for her being at your facility when I needed help. She is very low key but a gold mine of medical support.
I would suggest NOT even considering this place. My husband and I WERE both patients. My daughter had an ER visit and a follow up with our Dr. He wanted my daughter referred to a GI Dr. My husband and I wanted her to use the same Dr. We tried to call for three days straight. Every time you call, you have to leave a message. I could not get anyone to call me back. Our primary Dr called again. It took forever for the nurse to talk to a person. The doctor was really nice. However, I was supposed to be referred to a surgeon through them. That never happened. And I was repeatedly called after canceling a procedure due to lack of funds. I wasn’t impressed.
The worst customer service EVER!!!! The lady acting as the receptionist on 4/14 9:15am was EXTREMELY RUDE! She checked in another patient under my name at 8:30 and when I came to check in at 9:15 she realized she'd mrssed up. I asked her what was wrong? She snapped back one moment ma'am. Picked up the phone and started calling someone and explaining what she did, but not telling me, and asking them to help her out and correct the problem. She hung up the phone. Dr John Paul Voekel is amazing I was so pleased with him and his entire staff. I have an extensive medical history and he is going thru every precaution and care to take care of me. I am very thankful for him and his amazing bedside manner. I am very thankful to have him as my gastroenterologist.
