Dr. Golzarian (and especially his staff) were super friendly and very helpful. I had to reschedule, which was a cinch. In this post covid world, it's nice having to interact with nice people!
I loved Dr Spindler. He addressed my concerns about my prep which has caused hyponatremia and exacerbation of my hemorrhoids in the past. He is friendly, modest and very caring. Deborah Watts MD
I saw Dr. Spindler once; he was friendly and professional. Second appointment, I was supposed to see Dr. Spindler, instead, after waiting in a room almost two hours, his nurse came in immediately, spatting out why I am not a candidate for surgery, which left me speechless and threw me off. Come to find out, I very much am. Now, billing keeps sending bills and does not run all insurances. I’ve already spoken with their billing department the first time this happened. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! This was a horrible experience. I got in the office right before 10:40 AM, my appointment was at 11 AM. Noticing a bunch of other people waiting long times, I saw this would likely be bad but tried to wait it out. At 1:43 PM I was finally taken back to a room, which was dirty from the previous patient; same paper on medical table, dirty "equipment" on the counter, rolled up dirty body coverings on the chair! My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Campbell for over 10 years. He is fantastic. My poor review is for the office staff. He recently has taken a leave of absence for an undisclosed amount of time. That is fine and we hope that there is nothing serious going on. But I have left several messages asking if there is any update, and no one from the office bothers to call me back.
