Just a nice place to go
I have nothing but high praise for Audiologists and Staff at The Center for Clear Hearing in Clifton Park, NY. Awoke to find my right hearing aid wasn’t working yesterday, called them, got an appointment at 10 AM and the audiologist had my broken part replaced by 10:15 AM. Phenomenal service with a smile and without charge as my hearing aids are still under warranty and there was no charge for the office visit. Love this practice!
Welcoming Friendly staff, waited less than 10 ms for my appointment. Dr. Alexandra was friendly, kind, and thorough with the exam. Explained all my options and did not pressure me into any decision. Very happy I decided to give them a try.
The exam was very through, and when I got the hearing aids she took as long as I needed,explained everything and a follow-up appt was already made to see how I am adjusting to them
