I asked if I can be put on the wait list. The customer service woman laughed. I was told I may or may not get assistance for treatment for C-PTSD, and I would hear back in 1 to 2 months. It struck me as unprofessional behavior. I understand there’s a shortage of mental health workers but to laugh at someone when they’re asking for help when they’re struggling or suicidal is pretty disgusting.
Receptionist was rude with a very sarcastic tone. Unfortunately do-to location we were unable to travel to the Bremerton location at the time frame that was available. We had asked to be put on the waitlist for Port Orchard and I was told no my child was too young and they had already closed their waitlist. The closed waitlist I understand but my 11 year old is too young for CHILD and family therapy?
