This place needs to close down, management to the doctors are ridiculous. I was 3 minutes late do to traffic and parking they made me reschedule my appointment. This was the 2nd time I had to reschedule if I could give 0 stars I would. The call center staff and managers I spoke to are not professional very rude and honestly if you were a parent with a disability you should give people the proper notice of time to arrive if my appointment was at 9 I should gave a 10 minute grace period. Dr. Forrest is fantastic and helped our son so much. She is great and absolutely wonderful. The bad reviews are so silly because they are from people who don't really believe in science. Can not recommend them highly enough

ZERO STARS-I find it noteworthy that this doctor's office excludes unvaccinated children or kids who do not have all of them, despite documented concerns about vaccine-related developmental issues as indicated in their respective inserts. This policy is deeply concerning and disappointing. Waste of time. They have you wait 6months to a year for an appointment. I live 2 hours away & started driving since 6am to make it on time. Traffic is out of anyones control and instead of accommodating they cancel and wants to put you on another waitlist. So stupid. Even cancelled for hurricane Milton and never rescheduled.
