What an Awful, unprofessional center. I would use all resources to locate ANY OTHER counseling or facility for your future needs. They have the most unorganized, discourteous and poor customer conduct I have ever experienced. They rush you into filling out a contract before you can even speak to an educated counselor about what your needs are - and then begin charging you undisclosed fees and "other" amounts of money for ridiculous policies they make up on the spot.
