Well meaning staff but incredibly disappointed in the care I received here. This review is for the PHP program in Cottonwood heights. Decided to discharge earlier then I would have liked due to an especially negative experience with Crystal Norton, the family nurse practitioner. It’s been a few years since I was here. I wouldn’t have been able to get healthy again if it wasn’t for this place. It was hard but hard work pays off.

was told I had to leave because I wouldn’t step up to residential to “safely get off all my meds because they’re making me too sleepy.” turns out I just had undiagnosed (now diagnosed) narcolepsy. so I literally got kicked out for having a sleep disorder that they just refused to work with. so if you have any complicated diagnoses just know won’t actually do anything to help you here.

Terrible place, where you don't heal, but break more!
