Very hateful treatment of my elderly mom, fussing at her for not following directions. Telling her to stop chewing gum, this gum is for dry mouth, telling her to raise her head and my mom is not only in a walker but has degenerative disk so she is in chronic pain. Very unprofessional . We will not be going back to get her next.
