They care more about revenue than your pet's health. Go somewhere else if you can. They wrote an Rx for my rat who was referred by my regular vet for a URI. We needed to replace the lost Prednisolone prescription halfway through a course... rather than work with my referring vet to make sure the course of steroids was finished as prescribed, they suggested I either drive 3 hours to get it from them or wait 4 days for a refill. I’ve been twice. Never again. Long wait times. Their staff is unwilling to coordinate with referring vets. They will waste your time and charge hundreds of dollars for what should be simple appointments. OK if you don’t care about bedside manner; their vets know what they’re doing. But the rest of the experience was so frustrating I would never recommend this experience to anyone, if they have any other vet options.

I really wanted to thank the staff here for being so kind and softening an unexpected loss. Sifu had unexpected and sudden health complications. They took him in as an Emergency and before the triage process was even over he had been placed on Oxygen. Unfortunately, his prognosis was not great and humane Euthanasia was the kindest thing to do. I have never euthanized my own pet and to say I was shocked would be an understatement. I couldn't believe the care and service these people at this vet treated my special ayam cemani rooster, I truly thought I was going to loose him and because of the vet's care and attention and skills she was able to save his life. I found the cost fair for the service and saving my boy Ozzie's life. I can't thank them enough.
