They are extremely disorganized, not thorough and do not seem to care about small rodents. You don't get what you pay for here, won't be going back.
Excellent service, clean facilities, super friendly and educated staff members. I highly recommended if you are looking for the best in the business!!!
I can't recommend this place enough. They took such good care of our rabbit Dio, through GI stasis, emergency medical needs, surgeries, and just regular old checkups. Over the years I think we probably saw every doctor here, and always felt like we were in good hands. The staff was great about explaining options, and walking us through every step. Had to bring our cockatiel here for an urgent walk-in not too long ago as there were no dedicated (or experienced) avian vets in our area. We're so glad we came here. Our cockatiel finally has a diagnosis and is on a plan for recovery and he is getting better every day. Everyone we've interacted with at CBEAM has been incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding.
