Terrible customer service and extremely long wait times with NO follow up
overall, the care is comprehensive and the staff are very knowledgeable, this is the best vet care that my bearded dragon has ever received. I have felt pressured to pay for services that weren’t necessary, but it’s undeniable that the staff genuinely care and your animals are in good hands.
Just had the best experience with Dr Dean and Bailey. My bird Juma, is quite the character and he definitely showed it during his visit 🙃 They were very gentle and kind to my African Grey for his wing clip, fecal exam and blood tests. Would highly recommend to anyone with an exotic bird.
If I could give 10 stars I would. CBEAM is hands down the best exotic clinic in the state. I have taken multiple animals in and have always been blown away by the care they received. The veterinarians are truly experts in their field and have worked miracles on complex cases. Even when the best option was euthanasia, I always left at ease knowing that the animals got the best care possible.
