Compassionate and kind emergency vet. Euthanized our little one with understanding and empathy. I would highly recommend them for end of life care no matter what pet you have. Contact them if you have any animal in need. They will be honest with you about what they can and cannot do and they will be compassionate and caring without judgement.
Charged my credit card 4 years later with no explanation. Had to report fraud and had no resolution from this hospital.
I recently transitioned to CBEAM after moving further from my previous exotic animal clinic, and while there are a few positives—such as their ability to accommodate urgent visits within a couple of days—my overall experience has been profoundly disappointing. Great exotic animal veterinarian at CBEAM!! I searched for a veterinarian on Google to take my girl rabbit to and found this amazing place. They answered my call the first time and got me right in the next day. Reasonable pricing considering we don't have pet insurance for our rabbit.The Dr. was sweet and showed a lot compassion for Oakley. The Dr. prescribed some antibiotics for Oakley and she is doing a lot better.
