Unfortunately, my experience felt cold and transactional, like I was just another name on a checklist. The sessions barely scratched the surface of anything meaningful, and when I requested a new therapist, I never heard back from anyone. No follow-up, no support, just the bill. It’s disappointing to see how some places took advantage of the pandemic by offering virtual appointments without offering real help. If you’re looking for genuine care or connection, I wouldn’t waste your time here.

They ruined my life. With I never met them. They lie so much. I have to go back to the shelter 😔. Dont trust Howard he us a snake.
They are nice when they meet you and make a lot of insurances. When you realize how bad it is you are stuck and you would have to go back to the shelter and won’t get housing until 1 year after you move out. So fare it’s been 2 years since I had to leave theme. They placed me in an shared apartment by myself then moved Some one in 8 months later without notice. None of the repairs they claimed would be done was ever addressed.
