Unorganized, inconsistent, tried to change my medications resulting in physical and emotional issues. Directed me to visitors who came to see me and they were not my relatives but rather another patients. Staff seemed confused and overworked. Enviroment was drab and not condusive to uplifting a patients mood. No group sessions while I was there. No Sunday services. Chaplain seemed nervous around patients. Little to no interaction between staff and patients. Enviroment needs to be more cheerful. Staff needs more training on p... read more

Dr Ruiz does not empathize with the patient. He is very rude and does not listen to the patient's family member who is the one who sees the evolution day by day. I do not recommend it. He doesn't have the heart to be a doctor. He does not see the patient with the idea of improving her/him and incorporating her/him into her/his normal social life.
