I showed up on my scheduled appointment date for them to tell me i was not on the schedule. Even though it was confirmed by email. Had to come back the next day. My third visit they said they did not have my paperwork (i gave them the last time i was there) so i couldnt have my appointment. And finally the big middle finger was them charging a card i had asked to have taken off the account. Very unprofessional place. Told me i would be with a therapist and was given a counselor. The most amazing and compassionate people work here. Bev and Michael have helped me through so many difficult times! I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for them! I have not been in the best financial place and they were still willing to work with me! They have given me so much! So grateful I have gotten the help I needed from this place! Thank you!!
Made an appointment at this place and was told that they would call me with a reminder the day before. I never received that call. So I called the day before and was told that my appoint was at 1 pm. Fast forward to the day of and I take off the whole day at work just to make this appointment, and then they tell me my appointment was at 12pm and that I’ve missed it. Saved my life!! This place doesn't feel clinical it feels personal. I have a very good friendly and active relationship with every member of this practice. They have helped me work through challenges. I've successfully completed phase one and two. I am now in 3. I could not have done this without them. This is a very safe place to go and work on yourself with lots of support. Hope to meet you there.
