My child started going here January 2020, under 2months she came home with scratches, She ate kinetic sand and the most recent one was a staff member mistaking pure a HOT water on the child which left child with pain and burn, when ask to view the video camera, CARD didn't produce it. Child is nonverbal
Our experience with CARD had pros and cons. Our nonverbal boy at 3.5 years began using some language within 6 months of ABA therapy with CARD. He loved spending time with CARD therapists (2.5-3 hours) on weekends at the clinic. However, lack of consistency in training approach between therapists that where in his team made DTT experience extremely stressful and quite aversive for him.
