Mrs. Monica was great!! But they rotated people A LOT!!!! Everyday was someone new...the BCBA lived in Pennsylvania! A lot of cancellations. Left a bitter taste !

Expect at least a month coverage lapse if you change insurance. Corporate has a hands off approach and not very helpful when called. Billing is a mystery and seemed to barely understand the charge codes when called if you can even get a paper copy of your bill. The technicians are good but receive only a few weeks training. Frequent staff changes leaves many new to the center lost. My daughter has been making progress so it is pretty good once you jump through all the hoops.
